The hiring process at ICA
We use a simple four-step process for hiring at ICA:
- Apply through the career portal. Send a resume and a cover letter that tells us why this work, not only why this job.
- Interview. The next step is a panel interview that usually includes someone from the team you would be joining.
- References and a criminal record check. We complete reference and background checks through our office and the Ministry of Public Safety.
- Offer. Selected candidates will receive a written offer of employment.
