Youth & Family Services

One-on-one support for whatever you need.

Programs for Youth

Every young person deserves a chance to feel at home — to find their people, explore their interests, and just be a kid. Our youth programs are free, welcoming, and designed to meet newcomer children and young adults exactly where they are.

Interim Health Program for Refugees

Refugees and certain other groups are covered immediately upon arrival through the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP), which includes basic, supplemental, and prescription drug coverage. An IRCC or Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) officer will determine your eligibility shortly after you arrive.
